- Project operations will start with 2 ski trails (1 lift) and 50 mountain homes. In 5 years there will be 10-12 ski trails (5-6 lifts), 150 mountain homes and 2 to 3 hotels. All this will be regulated by strict nature conservation guidelines. 
- The facilities include a ski resort with its main lodge-restaurant, mountain homes for sale or rental, hotels, facilities for ecotourism, sports and adventure.

The project attractions comprise 4 stages:

Phase I

Winter (December to March):
– Natural and man made snow for skiing and other winter sports.
– Two 1-1.5 km ski trails and a hill for tubing or snow play.
– One chairlift (1 km long) and one 50-100 meter surface lift.
– Winter camp.
– Mountain biking and horseback riding.

Spring and Fall (April-May & Sept-November):
– Migrant bird watching, autumn colors and other nature activities.
– Mountain biking and horseback riding.
– Camping in prepared sites.
– Paragliding or hang gliding.
– Hiking.

Summer (June-August):
– Mountain biking and horseback riding.
– Kayaking & windsurfing in Laguna de Labradores
(nearby lake, 1 km in diameter).
– Nature watch and outdoor leisure.
– Camping in prepared sites.
– Summer camp.
– Hiking trails.



Phase II

In addition to Phase I attractions:
– ZipRider™ Zip Line Thrill Ride (Not accounted for
in financial analysis).
– Fishing (man-made lakes).
– Canopy Tours (hanging bridges and cables at tree
canopy height). (Not accounted for in financial analysis).
– Two more 1 to 2 km ski trails and 2 more lifts.



Phase III

In addition to previous attractions:
– Alpine Coaster (bobsled) that passes thru the forest. (Not accounted in financial
analysis).
– 9-hole golf course with capability to expand to 18 holes. (Not accounted in financial
analysis).
– Three more 2 km ski trails and 1 more lift.
– One 4 star, 50 room hotel (spa or boutique type). (Not accounted in financial analysis).



Phase IV

In addition to previous attractions:
– Three more 2 km ski trails and 1 more lift.
– Artificial white water river for kayaking and fishing. (Not accounted in financial analysis).
– 1 or 2 four or five star, 50 room hotels (spa or boutique type). (Not accounted in financial
analysis).
